At Pakdrop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please be aware of the following important points before making a purchase.

Important Notice

  • All products are carefully checked before dispatch. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
  • Imported products are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, refund, or return.
  • If a customer receives an incorrect, broken, or damaged product, they must file a claim within 24 hours of delivery through our website’s complaint menu.

Required Proof & Timeline

  • A 60-second unboxing video (recorded at the time of opening the parcel) is required to prove any fault.
  • Verbal claims will not be accepted.
  • Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims will not be accepted.

Final Note

If a customer changes their mind or does not like the product, Pakdrop is not responsible. However, we will try to assist. Any courier charges must be paid by the customer. Each case will be assessed individually.
