By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned below. It is important to review these terms carefully as they will govern your use of the PAK Dropshipping platform.

• 1. By entering into this agreement, both parties confirm that PAK Dropshipping is authorized to dispatch orders on behalf of the dropshipper as instructed.
• 2. PAK Dropshipping will only contact the recipient of the parcel when specifically asked by the dropshipper or if an urgent issue arises.
• 3. If the dropshipper fails to provide satisfactory customer support or doesn't respond to PAK Dropshipping staff in a timely manner, their account may be suspended or terminated.
• 4. Payments will be processed according to the policy available on the PAK Dropshipping website, which may change over time.
• 5. Although PAK Dropshipping will make every effort to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee 100% delivery success due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 6. PAK Dropshipping shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or any other force majeure events.
• 7. PAK Dropshipping will not be responsible for any business loss. Profit margins are not guaranteed.
• 8. PAK Dropshipping reserves the right to close any account at its discretion for any reason.
• 9. Any dropshipper who uses abusive language or engages in inappropriate behavior will have their account terminated immediately.
• 10. While PAK Dropshipping will provide tracking information and update the status of shipments, we are not responsible for tracking and reporting on every individual request.
• 11. The dropshipper agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PAK Dropshipping from any claims, losses or damages arising from the sale of products by the dropshipper, including violations of laws or regulations.
• 12. Dropshippers are responsible for keeping track of their shipments and must notify us if there is an unreasonable delay.
• 13. Any claims related to payments will not be considered if more than 60 days have passed since the order was placed or 15 days after invoice generation. Dropshippers are expected to track payments and process them according to the outlined policy.
• 14. The dropshipper agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and sharing business details. Providing false or misleading information may lead to account termination or legal action.
• 15. Any complaints or refund requests will be handled by the PAK Dropshipping complaints department, but dropshippers can request a review of the decision. The final decision will be made by the department.
• 16. Dropshippers who complain publicly without following the proper complaint procedure may have their account suspended or terminated.
• 17. Complaints will only be accepted through the ticket system provided by PAK Dropshipping. We do not handle complaints through WhatsApp or any third-party channels.
• 18. The dropshipper agrees to comply with all laws and regulations related to e-commerce & dropshipping and will not engage in illegal or unethical practices while using the PAK Dropshipping platform.
• 19. The dropshipper is responsible for keeping their login details private and for any activity under their account.
• 20. The dropshipper should ensure that their contact and business information is up-to-date in their account profile.
• 21. Dropshippers should not engage in activities that could harm PAK Dropshipping’s reputation or disrupt its operations.
• 22. PAK Dropshipping reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the dropshipper's responsibility to stay updated on any changes.
• 23. This agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and replaces any previous agreements, whether written or verbal.
• 24. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining sections will continue to be in effect.
• 25. Failure by either party to enforce any part of this agreement does not mean that part is waived.
• 26. PAK Dropshipping cannot guarantee that specific products will always be available. We reserve the right to modify or remove products from the platform.
• 27. In case of a product recall or other related issues, the dropshipper is responsible for addressing and responding to their customers. PAK Dropshipping will assist as necessary.
• 28. While PAK Dropshipping will try to avoid any significant issues, we are not responsible for any damage, including financial or health-related, that might occur due to using products purchased through the platform.
• 29. Dropshippers are encouraged to check the quality of products before offering them for sale to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• 30. The dropshipper agrees to keep all communications professional and respectful to maintain a positive working relationship with PAK Dropshipping and its staff.

Along with the above terms, PAK Dropshipping is committed to protecting the privacy of our dropshippers. We will never share personal or business information with third parties without your consent.
