All return parcels will be your responsibility.
In case of a return, shipping & handling charges will be deducted from your account balance — even if delivery charges (DC) were not collected in advance.
Please avoid careless or fake bookings to prevent unnecessary losses.
- ❌ Any reseller who gives false information will be banned immediately.
- 🔎 We may take further action at any time, if needed.
- 📌 You must provide the business details of where you are selling our products.
- 📞 Your phone number must match the one on your selling platform.
- 📲 Your customer support number must always be active.
- 🛒 Test Orders: If we place a test order and don’t receive a reply within 24 hours, your account may be suspended until your customer support is corrected.
- ✅ Make sure to call the customer and confirm the order before booking it. This will help avoid return parcels.
- 🚫 Excessive fake or return orders may result in account restrictions.
