To verify any complaint, a clear 60-second unboxing video is mandatory. Please ensure the following:
- Show the sealed courier parcel before opening.
- Show the process of cutting/removing the seal.
- Display the product being fully taken out of the package.
- Provide a clear view of the product received.
❌ Any edited, paused, or already opened parcel videos will not be accepted.
