2. Return Eligibility ✅

Return requests can be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and included accessories/documents are intact.
  • Return request is submitted within the 7-day return window.

3. Non-Returnable Items ❌

Due to hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

4. Refund Process 💰

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified about the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via:

  • The original payment method.
  • Or store credit (if preferred).

📦 Unboxing Video Instructions

To verify any complaint, a clear 60-second unboxing video is mandatory. Please ensure the following:

  1. Show the sealed courier parcel before opening.
  2. Show the process of cutting/removing the seal.
  3. Display the product being fully taken out of the package.
  4. Provide a clear view of the product received.

❌ Any edited, paused, or already opened parcel videos will not be accepted.
